Message from owner and founder Anthony Schoensee
"The creation of One Earth Gardens has arisen out of a desire to establish a deeper and more environmentally conscious connection to my local and global community. I have long been inspired by the power and beauty of nature and it is my goal to become an active component in preserving its integrity. OEG is currently in the application process of becoming a certified “Green” business in the county of Alameda to ensure that our business practices are not only in compliance with environmental regulations, but go beyond compliance to meet targeted resource conservation and pollution prevention measures. I feel blessed to be a part of this movement towards a sustainable future and will continue to do my part by educating myself and providing my service to the community.”
At One Earth Gardens it is our vision to help connect and re-awaken members of the community to the natural world by observing its yearly cycles, discovering its delicate intricacies, and feeling its awe inspiring power.
